Although computer training can be given online, there are many advantages of having onsite training when compared to the online computer training. Both have its own advantages and disadvantages. In onsite training you are forced to do the computer training at a stipulated time in your organization.
With the development that is going on in technology and computers, it is not possible to run a successful business without the use of computers. There are many institutions that offer computer training to the employees of the organization. You can request them to give onsite training rather than asking your employees to go to the institution for training. This way you can ensure that your employees are attending the computer training without fail. The contents of onsite training that is given can be framed based on the requirements of the organization. It also helps the tutor to study the processes available in your organization, the software applications that are used and frame a course according to it. This is one of the main advantages of onsite training.
The number of employees who are going to attend the onsite training can be decided by the organization. The job of selecting the employees for computer training can be given to the individual departments based on their needs. This ensures that the skilled personnel in computers are spread evenly across the organization after the onsite training is completed successfully.
