Towards excellence in what you do 
 
Fixing the flaws- It is natural to have imperfection in the process of achieving excellence, what separates the excellence from mediocre performers is the determination to correct faults that undermine their desire to be all that they can be- as Oliver Cromwell put it “the person who stops being better stop being good”
Find your sweet spot- finding that niche, talent or interest where excellence can be achieved is a great way to maximize your efforts. Use your sweet spot to energize dramatic performance breakthroughs, protect your value and prepare the way for bright future.
Focus on doing your best- in world that is moving very fast like our world, some people lower their standards and expect less than excellence from them instead of accepting less than your best, improve upon your personal best.
