Effective communication is absolutely essential for business growth. When you speak your mind, you should pay special attention to your body language, diplomacy, style, pitch, vocabulary and tone modulations. You have to watch how you communicate with our customers and if you are not candid or give the impression you are not speaking your mind, then you may be deemed to be an ineffective communicator.
