The spray booths of today are technological marvels. Featuring robust construction, they are meant to take a beating and last long. The panels are fabricated using CNC and CAM machines to give you booths with smooth finish that are not only easy to set up at your site but later on if you decide to expand your business it would be simple to increase the size of your booth. The sheets used to make the panels are thick and galvanized to fight corrosion better. The conveyor oven is an essential component of the industrial production tunnels that have a conveyor mounted robotically controlled system. In the industrial production tunnels the articles are firstly prepared. The phase of surface treatment is dependent on the customer’s requirement. The treatment could be blasting followed by washing or in certain cases there could be a rinsing operation with a chemical or agent. The articles are dried and then these move on to the spray booth section. In the case of a powder coating booth the coating would be done electro statically. The final section is for the curing operation and this is done in the conveyor oven.
The conveyor oven is generally set at 425 F temperature. The design of the oven is entirely to suit the customer. The oven has a full-length adjustable heated air send and return duct and an adjustable send and return damper The environment could be of paint, of powder or composite and in certain cases of concrete as well. There is a high temperature blower for safety, a high temperature variable exhaust and an oven control panel that is state-of-the-art. The panel contains all the necessary information that includes both transient and the high temperature limit. It also records the total hours of operation. The oven has a Smart Control System for assessing the gas train and the operation of the blower. This is scanned at a very rapid rate of around 60 cycles per second to ensure the proper operation of the oven.
