All the steps mentioned above can be handled through a single user management tool provided with the secure flash drive. A step by step procedure will lead a user to fulfillment. Once the secure flash drive is installed, it can be removed and reinserted in USB port without requiring any other procedure. The password can be changed periodically by selecting the relevant tool in administrative panel. Changing password periodically is a good standard operating procedure.
Installation of a secure flash drive is simple and by following the installation manual one can start using them in just about a few minutes.
