Employers must not demand payment from employees for anything that is done or provided to in order to comply with this act. Employees on the other hand also have a hand in making all these successful. They must not do anything that might bring harm to the workplace or co-employees. They should not refuse reasonable requests and not hinder the efforts of giving aid or prevention of risks to a certain person or the workplace in general. They should also put to use all that they have learned in the <a href="http://thebriefgroup.com/" title="Safety Trainings">safety trainings</a> provided by the company.
