If money isn’t a problem for you, than you can always opt for luxury home plans. Your building plan can be as luxurious as you want it to be as long as you have sufficient financial abilities. The most popular luxury plans are vacation luxury plans and custom luxury home plans. Still, don’t forget that you can always choose Victorian style house plans. These types of plans should include specific features of Victorian architectural styles and the most frequent ones are historic Victorian plans.
Unique plans are definetely unique but they can be the most expensive type of home plans. Some of the most appealing are unique cottage plans and two story plans. Ranch plans are seen quite frequently in the United States and most building plans utilize natural construction material without paying much attention to decorative details.
Log plans have a long history throughout America. Log plans usually have more than 2,000 square feet and they can include two or more baths, porches, many windows and whatever else you please. People who build log homes as a vacation destination often end up living in them. Last, but not least, let’s not forget about southern house plans which represent a combination country and historical elements.
