This is How Carpet Cleaning Adds to the Beauty of Your Interiors

Carpet will definitely add to the beauty of your interiors. Keeping them clean is really a challenging job. Carpet cleaning is a task, which requires a lot of patience. A clean carpet can make small room look very neat.

There are two primary methods used in carpet cleaning; Hot water extraction and dry cleaning. Before beginning the process of carpet cleaning it always advisable to consult some reputed company; which will help you select a suitable method to clean your carpet. Many brands are available today in the market which can be used for carpet cleaning.

Dry cleaning method for cleaning carpets
In this method of cleaning, chemical cleansers are used to extract dirt. You can do this dry cleaning by three methods; using dry foam, dry chemicals or dry compounds. In dry foam method, usually shampoo is applied to carpet then it is dried, and vacuumed .This brings dirt with dried foam. In Dry chemical method; some cleansing solution is applied to the carpet and then machine spins a large bonnet from side to side to absorb dirt from carpet. This process is continued till bonnet saturates with dirt and then it is replaced. In Dry compound method; absorbent mixture like sawdust is spread on carpet, machine then brushes mixture into carpet which absorb the dirt, once that mixture is dried then it is vacuumed out to remove dirt.

Hot water extraction method
This is second method for carpet cleaning; this method is also called Warm water extraction or steam cleaning. Nearly all carpet manufactures and carpet cleaners recommend this method.

You can use this method for carpet cleaning as it cleanses the minute particles hidden in the carpet. All other methods mentioned above are light surface cleaning methods. This carpet cleaning method is very useful in removing soil deep in pile.

In this hot water extraction method, fine spray of water is used to force dirt out of the carpet, which is then sucked up by the vacuum slot as soon as it comes out of the carpet. This process consist of spraying detergent or just water into carpet pile and you can recover the water and soil with powerful vacuum into a holding tank. This system can be mounted on truck or you can have small portable cleaning system for your home. It is advisable to use truck mounted system as dirt and humidity are exhausted, otherwise it then re-circulates around house. Truck mounted cleaning systems are much more efficient and effective than small portable systems.

Whenever you start cleaning your carpet on your own, you may choose to go for vacuum clean. Then if you use portable cleaning machines, get water as hot as you can. Dry the carpet as quick as possible; you can use fans to dry them faster. Clean you carpets before it gets too dirty. Carpet Cleaning must be done once in every 10-12 months depending on the number of residents, type of activities, number of kids and of course depending on the color of the carpet as to whether it is light or dark.
