How many times do you wish there were more hours in the day? Or how many times have you wished that you didn’t have to sleep, so you could get more done?

If you try and do everything yourself to set up a million dollar business, I can tell you now staying awake 24/7, 365 days a years is not going to get you there. You will need leverage, outsourcing, joint ventures and affiliates to get you on the road towards to making money easy online.

Well the first answer is leverage. In internet marketing terms leverage is learning to work effectively, where one effort sets up a chain reaction of events leading to more success. Outsourcing would also fall under the category of leverage, because you can use these people to create more success for you, use them to complete the actions that you either have no time to do, or learn. You are then leveraging your time to do the things you are good at. When you are focusing on the things that you are good at, the making money becomes easy and enjoyable.

A good way of determining what you should outsource is to work out what hourly pay you give yourself, and what you consider your strengths to be. Once you have worked this out, you need to learn how to outsource the rest, as that way you will have someone more qualified and experienced to do the things that you are not so good at. It’s okay to admit that you can’t do everything and when you do, you have just taken one step towards your million dollar business.

This is how you work 70 hours in one day; it’s the power of leverage. You are working on the things you are good at and enjoy doing and other people are working on the things that you have outsourced – this could be virtual assistants for repetitive or time consuming tasks or outsourced partners who you have asked to do copywriting or set up your website.

If you can’t afford a huge amount of outsourcing when starting out, get your friends and family to help you out and promise them you’ll return the favor, and pay them when you start to bring something in, and you will. All that effort adds up and propels you towards a successful online business

Leverage is also a great traffic builder. If you leverage your efforts to find joint venture partners and affiliates, they will bring you extra traffic without anymore effort on their part. If you make it one of your daily tasks to contact people, network with them, offer your assistance and friendship, you will build relationships and a list of people who could help you towards your million dollar business goals.

So don’t bog yourself down trying to do everything yourself.
