sulumits retsambew is an interesting keyword for the new SEO contest held by webmaster forum NetBuilders.org. Indeed a great initiative by Will Spencer and amazing spirit among participants. The contest worth keeping an eye as it’d end up revealing some great SEO techniques to rank up pretty quickly, fairly yet pleasing Google with a sound and safe marketing strategy. Cheers to all! Well, nothing really on mind about what to write new today but am sure I’ll end up writing a good article about this new contest. It’s amazing how search engine optimization (SEO) has developed in the last several years. From something vague and uncertain in the past, all the knowledge about SEO has been streamlined into practically a science today. Heck, people are even competing using SEO nowadays. and that’s what hooked me up and made me write here). The latest one, sulumits retsambew, drives home the same point.
As most of us already know, the SEO contest was an idea of Chris Ridings and Will Spencer, the owner of the webmasters’ forum Netbuilders.com. Like (or unlike) any SEO contest, this one uses a strange, seemingly gibberish keyword phrase. Upon closer inspection, though, you’ll see that it’s actually just webmaster stimulus spelled backwards – clever but simple.
Now, the prizes are fair (not big though) – there’s a first prize of $1,000, and second and third prizes besides – but you’ll agree that they’re not worth writing home about. The contest is just for fun and competition (an open challenge to those who say they KNOW SEO WELL), to see how your SEO methods stack up with everyone else’s.
Between March 15th and August 15th, you have to get your page to the top of the search engine results pages for that keyword phrase. Imagine, that’s just five short months to get such a gibberish keyword from rank obscurity to #1. (It’s a really tall order).
The rules of the competition say that Will Spencer himself will be the one to check for the URL of the top-ranking page, but that’s where things could get iffy. Nobody’s sure, but there’s some speculation going around that your Google results could change based on the server you connect to (Not to forget, Will is in Singapore). Don’t throw your rabbit’s foot away just yet; luck might be the very thing to get you that $1,000 pot.
If you’re interested in joining the SEO free-for-all, now would be the best time to start. You have to milk every single day of those three months for all they’re worth. But even if you don’t end up winning, we guess you’ll agree that it would’ve been good practice anyway.
