When choosing the right MLM team there are many things you must keep in mind. As a matter of fact this may be the most important decision that you make. Here are eight things in no particular order that you should consider before you make your choice.

1. Do they offer a good marketing system? This is very important especially on the Internet today. Thanks to the Internet you can automate many of the day-to-day functions of building an MLM business. This includes how you market your business and the best resources that provide a system you can quickly plug into.

2. Support and training are important to most new MLM marketers. None of us are born into this type of business model so we need training and support to help us achieve our goals. This can be reached in many different ways.

3. Weekly webinars is one form of training that has become very effective online. It's a great way to bring large numbers of distributors together where they can all be trained the same way.

4. 3 way closing calls help build your business. Depending on the experience of the person that brings you into the business you may need to go upline until you find a quality closer. Three-way closing calls are a way for you to expose your prospects to someone with more knowledge and turn around and help you build your business quicker.

5. Are they accessible to you when you need them? The best way to utilize your upline is to only involve them at certain times. The quickest way to alienate yourself is to bother them with every little detail about your business. However on the flip side they should be accessible to you to help you build your business if that's how they promote themselves.

6. Do you feel they are honest and not hyping you any way? Multi-level marketing has gotten a black eye in the past because it has been oversold to prospects.
