Event Registration Form

Who hasn’t had the privilege to produce a special event in his/her family? A girl’s wedding, grandmother’s 80th birthday, a boy’s bar mitzvah or a baby’s christening…

It is indeed a great privilege, but it can also be a big headache.

Events are carefully orchestrated gatherings of individuals. Every event has its target and its target audience. You want the right people to come, and you want to know if they're coming in advance.

This is not always so easy to achieve...it requires lots of persistence and patients: Making phone calls, sending out invitations, writing e-mails and keeping track of everything. This is what an event registration form is for.

Nowadays the internet is a very popular way to communicate – It’s fast, transcends any geographic distances and available in almost every household.

The business world which always strives for time and cost saving has already picked up on it and is making the most of it by scheduling appointments, meetings and company event registration through e-mails, web forms, etc.

The internet is not only the business world’s territory, but rather mostly the individual’s common property. So why not make the most of it for our personal use?

Returning to the subject at hand - One great way to manage our joyous headache is using the internet. A web invitation and an event registration form are both a great way to let your guests know when and where the event will take place. It also helps you gather the highly sought after information of whether or not they intend to come. All this with no small talk, no busy line tones, no “I’ll get back to you” …

Once you have an event registration form placed in your web page, all that is left is to email your guests (placing the link to form in the email) and simply wait for all the form entries to come rushing in…
