You know how an auto responder works? An auto responder is an automatic way to reply to e-mail. When you use them in harmony with landing page, to do e-mail marketing, you have an excellent opportunity to build your business.
What is a lead capture page? It is a page that is used as a gateway to your website so you can create a list of serious prospects that you can market your business to. It is a way to arouse curiosity.
On your lead capture page you will have only a little bit of information about your business, products or services, just enough information to entice people to want to learn more.
If the person who is looking at your page wants more information they will fill out a form on the lead capture page with their name and email address. Then they will be given access to your website.
Once you have there you can develop a relationship with them online. You want to make sure that you have a system in place that will allow you to keep in contact with your prospect.
The best way to do this is to set up an autoresponder with a series of emails that will be delivered over time. This will help you to establish rapport, build trust, create name recognition with your prospect and ultimately will create a sale for you.
The way to make money with a lead capture page is to follow up with your prospect on a consistent basis. You will be able to send them e-mails that will promote your services or products.
The more trust you build up with them the more money they will stand with you. Sell you will use your lead capture page to create a trusting and lasting relationship with your customers.
You have to maintain contact on a consistent basis. You have to be cautious not to contact a person too often. In the early part of your relationship you want to spend more time building trust by offering advice and products that are free.
However, because you are in the business of making money is important to establish up front that you will be sending out offers for various products and services that your company has.
If this hurt somebody's feelings and they unsubscribe that is part of the game that you play with Internet marketing. There is no point in having an e-mail marketing list if everything is free and you cannot earn money.
