It is a dilemma everyone who is new to the world of online marketing and the prospect of making some extra money faces. Where do you start, what type of information should you be looking for and if you find it, is it any good?
The chance to make money with an online venture is available to anyone with a computer but the realities are often seen as insurmountable to the newbie; the new language, the amount of time to devote to their new venture, the costs involved, the technical understanding required. One could describe these people as "continual searchers" who will buy and buy but never actually do anything.
Sourcing quality information products to assist internet money making takes time and judgement but as experience of this process grows, the purchaser will gradually build their confidence to identify the quality and value from the cheap and poor offers. Once such information has been sourced, the buyer will be more inclined to return to the seller for further money making products. If the seller can offer a range of information products including bonuses such as an affiliate programme, then the newbie will be well placed to succeed in their money making online business.
It is often the case that if you want quality information then you will have to pay for it. The $7 ebook, though it may contain some snippets of information, is never going to be your "bible" on a particular subject.Once the price level gets to the $50 mark and beyond, the customer should then be confident that there will be sufficient quality in the product to justify a purchase. A happy customer is more likely to be a future customer.
This is the key to success with an online business. Building trust with your customer who, remember cannot see you, and can only ever judge you on the basis that you provide quality, good value products with an excellent back up service if there are any queries or problems. Once they have confidence in you and your products, they will be more willing to purchase further higher value products from you, or as important, recommended by you. Building up a list of these customers is the key generating a healthy online cash flow.
