It's no secret that everyone is turning to the web to start a business. You read success story after success story all over the net.

The best thing in my eyes about having a web based business is that you can get started actually generating an income with a low out of pocket start up. There are many different ways to make money online.

After nearly 20 years of trial and error I finally broke free of the BlueCollar ball and chain and into the work from lifestyle with the Network Marketing business model.

I was hooked on MLM the first time I saw my first sponsor draw the circles on the dry erase board.

However the biggest problem I had to overcome is the same problem that most people that start a network marketing business. MLM List building.

How and more importantly where do those circles come from? Now keep in mind that all of those circles are people.

So how was a simple BlueCollar plant worker able to watch his down line grow like a mad virus?

I discovered a way to level the playing field for anyone getting started. Lead Sharing!

You see in MLM the first thing that you are told to do is make a list of everyone you can think of, rush over and show them you latest opportunity. Which we all know has never worked for the most of us.

So how is lead sharing different from lead generation?

Lead generation requires everyone to be responsible for running their own ads,pay per click campaigns etc. In a way you're having your entire organization compete against each other.

Lead sharing is different in the fact that everyone that comes into your organization plugs into a system that allows fresh leads to be rotated into their own virtual office inbox from multiple on and offline marketing and ad campaigns.

The biggest benefit from lead sharing for me was I immediately had people to begin to talk to about my new business.

I didn't have to put up any kind of front. And it was ok to tell prospects that I was just getting started.

It was easy to get people to sign up because people could actually see where the circles were going to come from and how everyone they talked to we going to be able to plug all their new people into the same system. True Duplication!

Another important thing is you are able to start making money with out spending a fortune on advertising and marketing. With a lead sharing system once you pay your enrollment fee that's it. You're now able to make your first fast start bonuses with out spending another dime.
