Most people won't give away their niche so no point in asking, why would someone want to tell you the hottest and highest selling niches so you can create a site and give them competition?
2. Use keywords from a keyword suggestion tool to see keywords on your niche in which people search in google a day. There are plenty of keyword suggestion tools out there and a simple google search will pull you up one quickly. This is the most valuable tool you will ever use.
3. Buy a Domain name-You need to buy a domain name based on your keywords. If your domain name has keywords in it, you got an added bonus. It will increase your PR rank in google.
4. Create a Website-Now when you create a website it needs to look appealing to the buyer and professionally done. If you do not know how to create a website you may get someone else to create it for cheap or use an easy to follow website builder template. It shouldn't cost you more than 50 bucks and shouldn't take more than 3 hours to develop. Your site needs to be a review site promoting the marketing affiliate product of your choice.
5. Write Articles- You need to use keywords from the keyword suggestion tool and write articles and submit to ezinearticles. This is FREE traffic and will account for over 50% of your overall sales.
6. Paid Advertising-Try some google paid advertising for sales. If its to expensive cut it off. But if it's working keep it.
7. Blog Postings- Post blogs related to your articles. This is creating content on the web. This is extremely important and blogs are one of the best selling tools out there.
8. Rinse and Repeat- Repeat all steps for different Niches
