If you are not that thrilled about possibly paying a lot of money to an SEO service only to be eventually blacklisted by a search engine then make sure that you quiz your SEO services provider about exactly what kind of techniques will be used to search engine optimize your web site. If they are evasive or give you an answer you can't understand then avoid them. To be safe, make sure that before you sign on the dotted line or click yes to those terms of agreement you need to find out exactly what the search engine optimization company can do for you.

My 17 year old son has a severely torn ACL. We are going to get a second opinion and decide what route to go. we have heard pro's and cons of both.
