Make sure that when someone opts to unsubscribe from your email marketing list, then you should respect that person and immediately remove him/her from your list.
Once that a person chose to unsubscribe to your list and if they have been receiving your email marketing promotions, then it is already considered as a spam. The tendency is you might lose one subscriber after another, or even all of them.

3. Never provide explicit content along with your email marketing content. This might just cause your promotional mail or email to be considered and marked as spam. Make sure that you promote only the nature of your business.
