Branding rights are the least common, but they are an affordable alternative to private label rights. Branding rights are just like normal resale rights, but you can claim the work as your own. You may still be bound to other restrictions imposed by the ebook author, and may not package resale rights along with the ebook upon selling it to your buyers.
