Additionally the invention should also relate to some machine, substance or article that is produced by some unique process. The individual can also obtain patent for even doing some improvements in the article or in the process of the manufactured product. However, when it comes to drug or medicinal products or any other forms of chemical products there are no patents granted to the product. The individual can produce the manufactured invention in any of the four patent offices of India and through the help of a patent agent, the patent can be granted for your invention.
