Nationwide Solicitors Alliance Has Launched!

NSA has been created to enable small and medium sized law firms to work more closely together by cooperating more in the conveyancing process and communicating effectively with their clients, Estate Agents and other property professionals.

Nationwide Solicitors Alliance will also provide support to small and medium sized law firms to help them maximise efficiency and above all put their client's needs at the forefront of the home buying process.

NSA encourages the public to engage their Solicitors at the beginning of the selling process so that any legal problems, be it title defects, or alterations without planning permission, can be ironed out before a buyer is found.

This won't cost the seller any more than it would otherwise do, but it could help avoid delays later on when time is of the essence.

NSA take to road

Following their presentation to the National Conveyancing Congress on 25th September 2008, Directors and Co-founders of NSA, Steve Battarbee and Tracy Thompson will be holding a series of regional presentations throughout England and Wales starting with Leicester at the Walker Stadium on the 16th of October 2008.

Steve and Tracy will be supported by the events sponsors First Title Insurance and Central Law Training (CLT) Ltd.

NSA are developing a nationwide network of local groups of law firms who have all adopted agreed methods of working that, through co-operation and local agreements, speed up the conveyancing process. NSA also encourages its members to constantly strive to improve their services and their communication with both their clients and other professionals involved in the home buying process.
