1.Self belief!

You must believe that you have the right to build a huge multimillion dollar home business! The finish line is the starting line for your future! You need to maintain, sustain, develop and grow a huge personal self belief! Many people go out prospecting for people who are out of a job and who need money, when this isn't working your self belief starts to get lower and lower. The formula that guarantees failure is procrastination + Indecision = Bad results. You need to make the decision to take back your self belief today, you are going to get your self belief back! Take yourself back to the night you decided you wanted to be in network marketing. What was it? What was that thought? Well I know what it was, it was the dream! The dream of going forward, the dream of absolute growth. You need to make the decision to go back to the day you had that dream, regain the determination. 2.Inviting!

Are you consistently earning over $10,000 per month in your home business? If not, then you must be constantly inviting people. The keyword here is invite, not contact and explain. You have something so hot you can't get rid of it! You must invite people to see this! You need to be explosive! For example "hi, I'm having a network marketing meeting, if you are interested you should come along" right? WRONG! "Hi I'm building a network marketing dynasty and I'm helping my members build their own million dollar business, we have limited spaces, would you like to attend? This is much better! You might ask, "what is an effective invite"? well if no one is showing up, its not effective is it!

 

3.Rejection!

Learn to love rejection! Anything moving forward in life is going to receive rejection! If someone rejects you, say thankyou for letting me know how you feel about my future, so when I'm financially independent, able to work from home, work the hours I choose, spend more time with my family and make millions, I don't want you to say to me "why didn't you tell me about this business"! When people reject you, they are going somewhere...what do I mean? Nowhere is somewhere isn't it! The decision of loving rejection, followed by the action going somewhere equals your result! The business you are in now is a vehicle to take you somewhere! Don't let people who are going nowhere affect you, your family or your goals!

 

4.Slave camps do exist!

Slave camps in the corporate reality do exist! A slave camp is a suburb. Each morning the labourers move from their quarters to their work post and each labourer is at their post by 7.30am. They then report to their master for the days duties. There they remain chained till 5pm and their released to go home. The slaves have no choice over how many hours they must labour. Sometimes they are required to work overtime till their master decides they can go home. Each year the slaves are told when they can take vacations, how long and when they must return. They are paid not for what they are worth, but for what the job is worth. The slaves remain in great fear because the master can punish them with the firing or layoff whip. Even the good and faithful slaves have felt the sting of the whip. Day by day they work until finally when their to old to work and their master decides to send them to the retirement cam and they wait to die. I KNOW THESE SLAVE CAMPS EXIST BECAUSE I USED TO BE IN ONE! I am a MLM professional. I decide my own hours. I decide when to wake up, when to check my e-mails, when to go to bed, when to go on a vacation and most importantly, when to see my family. There is of course a ray of hope for the slave. He or she can buy their own freedom. The cost is not high, but it seems high to those who do not have the courage to pay the price. What is the price? One must be willing to be their own master!

 

5.Objections!

I love objections, say it! An objection is simply a question in disguise, you must make someone feel comfortable with you and your team. When you answer a question they need to think "this person is confident and strong so I am willing to join their team"! Don't shy away when someone gives you an objection. The person has the right to question you. Why should I join your program? What am I going to benefit from? I don't have any money! When people ask you this you cannot shy away. This is why you need someone who as had experience in this to teach you how to answer these questions! Think to yourself "an objection! That is awesome, once I answer your question and prove my knowledge to you, you will join my program"! DEVELOP the mindset to love objections.

 

6.Work with strength!

Build you business with people who are strong on your team. You must choose, who do you want on your team? You are recruiting champions, you are not wasting your time with people who can fog a mirror. You need to remember that for people without a job, this is most likely not for them. Is your volume up this month? Did you recruit new members? You need to start treating your business as a business! Strength and build, identify, map out your team! Develop relationships. This is a business of assisting other people!

 

7.I am a closer!
