When it comes to drawbacks, the problem with online software is that it is prone to technical difficulties. However, this is not really an issue as most of the well known software available have systems to back themselves up. In fact, almost all big online software brag about having 99.999% online rates.
Both online, as well as offline bulk email marketing software comes with its own share of advantages and disadvantages.
