I'm going to outline an easy to understand blueprint that has worked very well and efficient for myself the past few years. Marketing chiropractic online doesn't have to be a headache like what some think. If you have the proper guidance, you can get your practice out there quickly and brand yourself far and beyond competitors.
Step One: First thing's first. Get a camcorder and record your first video for your chiropractic office. This can be a basic introduction or an office tour to make a potential patient feel at home. It's OK to have an outline but don't sound scripted. You'll want to speak to the camera comfortably as if you're speaking with a patient, too. Step Three: After you've compressed the video, you're ready to start the editing process. If you own a PC, you'll have Windows Movie Maker as the standard editing program. If you have a MAC, you'll have an editing program called iMovie. These even have video tutorials associated with them online for you to view. Using editing software like the aforementioned can dress your videos up and make them appear more professional and appealing to the masses.
Step Four: When the video is done editing and is produced via the editing program you've chosen, it's now ready to be submitted to YouTube or any other video sharing website you want. There are over 60 video sharing sites online that can assist you in your chiropractic web 2.0 marketing and can get you ranked well on the search engines. The only thing better than getting 5 video views per day on YouTube is getting 5 video views a day on about 60 networks!
If you, as a chiropractor, can crank out 1-2 videos per week including patient video testimonials, you'll begin to see your online presence skyrocket in little time. Right now, chiropractic web 2.0 marketing is no secret anymore. It's something that is a must in 2009 and most doctors know it needs to be done. The longer you wait, the more you risk being left out of this highly profitable practice accelerator.
