A strong MLM business has four pillars to build on. These pillars support a wide variation of methods for reaching success. These methods form the matrix of the actions that are necessary. Whatever actions you choose they need to be done repeatedly. To reach success you need to set some goals and work toward them day in and day out. These pillars are: lead generation, conversion, training, and retention.
The first and most important task is to generate leads. To find leads you can either do it offline or onlne. No matter which way you decide there are many ways to do it. Whatever method you choose, you want to find something that you are competent doing. Maybe you are a people person and need to meet people face to face. Or if you choose online, you need to be good at either article marketing, YouTube marketing, Facebook marketing, pay per click or the like.. When choosing the methods online think about the synergy between them.

Relationhip building is important, but the main thrust in online marketing is based on how you present yourself online. There are many ways to do this, and actually you need to have a good combination of methods. The main task is to draw people to your website and social sites where you are. There are a many techniques for doing this, however,to reach success in an MLM business the marketing has to be consistent and continuous.

Building a team and achieving success in an MLM business is reliant on several factors. To start off with you need a way to acquire new leads. When you have a lead, confirm that they are qualified. It would be a waste of time to start working with someone that is not qualified. The next thing is converting that lead to a new agent and following through with the training. New recruit training should be varied enough that they can find what will ensure their success. In the end you can keep your recruits involved if you put enough focus on each of the other pillars. With sufficient focus on each pillar you can have success in an MLM business.
