Quality Vs Quantity in Article Marketing

In a job interview, I was once asked which would I prefer - quality or quantity. Back then, I got this belief of always to do things with quality as the first standard to meet so, I answered quality. Quantity is just a second thing for me to consider then. Nevertheless, after getting into internet marketing, my perception changed.

Being a newbie in the field of online writing, a research after research is a good way to gain necessary knowledge. So, I did my researches and just then that I realized that in article marketing quality is not everything. To win the favor of search engines and online readers, a good balance of both quantity and quality is needed.

Now the question is, why is that?

The answer is simple. Entering article marketing with a plan of making it big by simply writing few exceptional articles will not just work. Increasing that few quality writings to piles and piles is the job to do it right.

A single article of high quality will not be enough to give a site a high page and alexa rank. Neither will a thousand poorly written work. Article marketing, in its purest sense is the use of articles to market products or services. This simply means that by using this strategy, the profit of your business depends on the online writings that you are making.

If you write rich articles yet in just a few number, you will have a slim possibility of being known in the virtual world. It is true that your good works might be noticed. However, the small number of your online writings cannot strongly establish your presence in the internet.

But let say that you have written and submitted more than enough articles, this is good right? Yes it is, only if your works are of good grade. No matter how many articles you had published, this number cannot always ensure that your works are being viewed and appreciated by users. Though this might show that you exist, a sub- standard work can always hinder the trust of your prospected clients or customers.

Good number of articles in article marketing going hand in hand with good quality can open great business opportunities. This will not only establish your visibility but also will reflect your capability as an expert writer.

Writings for article marketing should work both in quality and in quantity. By maintaining a good balance between these two, your online writings will sure be the way to your success.
