You can target your market or audience by filtering or sorting them through your ads that are targeted for your particular program and they are exclusive to you and no one else. When you generate your own leads, a good majority of them will not join your primary opportunity so you need to have a system wherein you still make money even if they do not join your primary program and you get paid for prospecting. This is what is famously known as a Funded Proposal. Implement a Funded Proposal in your list building and lead generation and choose a system that gives value to the industry, has success and proven strategies that help their members, and a venue or forum for like-minded people to chat, brainstorm, share and help each other.
