What is MLM Marketing ?
MLM marketing or in full, Multi Level Marketing is a form of marketing whereby a company can market there product through commision based payed outlets.
The basics of earning money from a system like this is very simple. You as an agent will market and sell the products, the products are a fixed price in simple words sold at a RRP (recommended retail price), from this you would recieve a commission based on the amount you have sold.
So therefore the more you sell the more commission you make.
However the multi level marketing system also allows you to bring other people into your business so now they can sell the products as well, at the SAME price as you do but you now earn commission on your sales as well as anyone else you bring into the business, this has now created a 2 level sales system YOU being at the top and your partners below you, this second level may only contain a limited number of people for example 5 people below you and they are allowed 5 people each below them.
So the 1st level is you then 5 people below you then 25 people below them 125 below them and so on to a limited 6 levels this can create in your network of people over 31,000 people in your 6 level deep Matrix or grid, each person is selling the product and introducing people into the network.
So if you earned only £1.00 commission from each person in your network you could poitentialy earn over £31,000.00 just from your network.
Although the grid or matrix is shaped like a pyramid it is NOT a pyramid scheme as these are illegal in most countries in the world a pyramid scheme is something completely different in its workings and is normally a scam. Beware of these systems as most scam sites have a way of describing the system as anything else but a pyramid scheme.
