With or Against Google, Which Is More Profitable?

Unfortunately there is this incorrect perception that getting to the first page of Google is something that takes years to Discover or Implement.

Take a look at the bigger picture and the answer will be shown to you. Currently Google is the biggest search engine around and therefore has the biggest audience. It is this audience that Google is dedicated to and not the business people on the internet.

What I mean is that the priority for Google is to provide relevant fast results to searches completed on it. This means that you as the business owner are not as important as compared to the person doing the search. Yes you have the info but you are not the searcher.

In order to provide the best possible service Google can, it has developed an ever evolving algorithm that searches the web in an attempt to index the most specific information for the respective search term used by a person.

We have all heard about the “Google Slap”, if you are a website owner. But why does it happen. I look at it this way, we are attempting to take advantage of Google and attract the audience it can provide for us, correct? Now if you want to use a big company like Google why would you be so stupid and do things that they do not like you doing?

I have proven over and over that getting to the first page of Google is not that hard as long as you play by Google’s rules. So it should be. Think about this as a business. If you do a Joint Venture with another company and are playing on their field you would not go out of your way to do things that they did not like, you have to agree with this statement, it is simple business sense.

If you were to do something that your Joint Venture partner did not like, your deal would be terminated, the Google Slap is this termination on the internet. Why should they reward you when you go out of your way to do things that they do not think is in the best interest of their clients?

I find it so funny that Google is good enough to provide information on how you can get and stay in its good books and yet there are so many people out there that still want to go the Black path. How stupid is it when you consider that your Joint Venture partner is telling you the rules it is using and the best methods to use to get to the top yet you do things differently. I can not understand this.

Yes Google is not a charity and does make money out of you from advertising with them but it is providing you with potential clients. I say good on them for coming up with a system where each Joint Venture member gets something out of it.

Yes there are small adjustments one can do to get more out of your advertising budget and I use them with all my clients and were you to see them you would agree that they simply align themselves very well with the core purpose of Google – Relevant information for its clients.

We all know that the big free traffic is on the first page of the search results and the higher on that page the better. Now if you follow Googles rules your destination will be the front page, its as simple as that. IF you do not you will NOT be rewarded and your site might NEVER see the front page and therefore be missing out on all that FREE traffic.

In my mind the answer is simple, when the above information is considered. Working WITH Google is far more profitable when compared to working against them.

Which is simpler? I say, using their rules, as you do not have to sneak around the net in fear of being Google Slapped or even deleted from their indexing.

I know that if only one person takes this on board and stays on the good side of Google and does not use any of the Blackhat strategies, to make money on the internet, this article was worth the time taken to make it.

Work with Google not against them if you are intending to be on the internet LONG TERM.
