last week.Nifty OI put call ratio was 1.16.Nifty Future July was quoting  at 23.05 points premium.Nifty Call Option July 4300 was very active.Support for Sensex is at 13700 and  Nifty  at 4065.Resistance for Sensex is at 15835 and Nifty is at 4700.Crude oil was at 61.72 $.

Analyst expect that worst may be over for the economy.Slow and steady growth will help it to fight the recession.RIL and RNRL case for gas supply will come for hearing in Supreme Court on 20th July 2009.

SBI and  ICICI Bank added Open Interest in July  series..Maruti and Tata Motors shaded Open Interest.Huge position was build up at RIL July Call Option Strike Price 2010.Good build up was also seen at Tata Steel July Call Option Strike Price 400.

1)ICICI Bank(742.85) Lot Size-350 Shares

  1. Premium .Paid=32.50*350= 11375.00 Rs.

Premium Received=.10.50*350=3675.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid=11375-3675= 7700.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit=800-740=60*350=21000-7700=13300.00 Rs.

Break Even Price=762

2)Ashok Leyland(33.60) July Future-Lot Size 9550 shares.

Buy One Lot July Future @33.60

Sell One Call Option of  July Strike Price 37.50@0.75 Rs.

Premium Received=0.75*9550=7162.50 Rs

Maximum Profit=37.50-33.60=3.9*9550=37245.00+7162.50=44407.50 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.
