Residential Choices in Sofia

Nowadays, business in Bulgaria is developing rapidly: more and more international companies are opening offices in Sofia, local business is growing at a fast pace. With this, the number of young successful professional business people, is also increasing in the last several years. This tremendous development is concentrated primarily in the capital city of Sofia, where around 2 million out of 7.8 million total Bulgarian population live and work. Of course, this sets up the question of proper housing for all these people.

Very often, people are putting up with an apartment in an old residential area, where the view is dominated by unpleasantly looking grey apartment blocks, with more and more decreasing green areas. When you are s successful person with a good career, with a young family and kids, quality of life increased its importance. In this, residence plays a major role. This is the reason a new thing, called ‘City of Fountains’ is currently under construction to satisfy the needs of this type of people.

What ‘City of Fountains’ offers is what Sofia lacks today - a big complex, consisting of residential areas, office buildings, restaurants, cafes and shopping areas, sport centers and enough green spaces for young mothers with kids to enjoy, plus a kindergarten for even greater convenience. And not to forget – fountains. A lot of fountains to add to a unique touch of fresh, tranquil atmosphere that also marks success and stands out as a trade mark to distinguish the place from any other.

This complex will very soon become a fact – its first part is scheduled to be ready in January 2009, and it is located near Sofia Business Park. It will indeed be a perfect place to live: it is only 400m away from the Business Park, where a number of big companies have their offices – HP, Globul, Henkel and Karlsberg are but a few from all business giants that have chosen this unique place as their main settlement. Moreover, a metro station is planned to be constructed as an extension of the Sofia underground line, which will assure an even faster connection with all the main parts of Sofia, including the city center. Sofia ring road that passes nearby, is also planned to be improved, so that traffic is even more facilitated to the rest of Sofia, as well as to outside of the city.

When it comes to raising kids and free time, ‘City of Fountains’ has even more to offer – it is, indeed, a small universe of its own. It is located within enough distance from the city to offer a more peaceful atmosphere and clean air, and at the same time has in itself everything that is needed in day to day life: shops and places for sports and entertainment.

Having reviewed it in this way, ‘City of Fountains’ turns out to be the choice for the contemporary successful people in Sofia – it is something different it is something new and something that is really worth investigating further.

Do you Trade ES Emini Market Noise or the Trend

By: David S Adams | 06/01/2010
I trade the overbought and oversold condition on the ES emini contract, not the market noise. The market noise is the background noise and not a trend. I have found trading market noise is unprofitable and unforgiving. Trade the trend, not the noise.
