Even if the company has no requirement on your dressing, you can never wear the sportswear in the interview.
Secondly, get an overall impression of the company that you will have an interview, such as their corporation culture, main business, the history of development, etc. and you can find this related information from the internet or visit the company and talk to existing employees.
Thirdly, tell what you can do or what kind of skills you possess clearly. Make sure you highlight all your valuable skills and qualifications. Just remember whatever you say or write, you have to focus on one statement silently “this is how I can help your business succeed and it would be your great lose, if you do not employ me”.
Last but not least, learn to ask question. Don’t play the role as an answerer all the time, which may impress the employer that you are not interested in this job at all. Therefore, you need to prepare some questions and ask them. For example, if they have some training programs for you. Besides, you can ask something about their company culture, the structure of the company, etc.
