India is considered the safest heavens for criminals because its law makers themselves are criminals and judiciary system of India is the slowest in India. Politicians, Police, Judges, Advocates, Govt. Employees everyone is corrupt here. Commit any crime you will get bail immediately and your case will go for many years. The person who has filed a case against you soon gets tired by going to court for years and years that's why most of the people don't want to go to court for fighting their case. If they go still they can’t do because no one is serious against criminals. And this helps criminals a lot. More importantly most of the criminals are not caught hence they are becoming more and more fearless. Though some terrorists are caught alive still nothing happens with them. In fact many politicians here have criminal cases against them. Terrorists are killing innocent people easily, gangsters are murdering their targets, robbers are looting the people each crime is being done openly. There are very few people who have got justice here. And to get justice they have to wait for 10 or 20 years. There is a very famous quote that "Justice delayed is justice denied". Because for getting justice many people have to waste the precious time of their life.
