EVRYTHING CHANGES WITH THE LEADER ONLY
Institutions grow and institutions decline. Why? A small institution before some years can be a prominent one. Alas! What is the secret behind it? Who is the centre of all these changes? Is it money, or political hand, or employees? After a lot of research I found the leader has the main role to play as a catalyst in every development of an institution.
Take the example of an educational institution like ‘school’, principal is the change by whose motivation the whole system of the school changes. Whatever qualities and attitude radiates from the principal, these all reflects upon the teachers and students.
Ideas make a lot. The ideas begin from the head of the school to make a party together with all teachers spreads unity and integrity among the school. Every motivation starts from the principal and goes down towards vice principal, teachers and the students. So, Principal is the motivation himself. Games between teachers v/s teachers and students v/s teachers helps in bringing encouragement and stresslessness in the school.
Take the example of the word ‘punctuality’. If the principal himself maintains punctuality, then it is easier to be maintained by the teachers and students. Whatever the principles a principal make in the school, first he himself must be abide by these so that whole school will respect him and obey all principles. School discipline also starts from the discipline of principal only. If the leader is worth of trust, then every member of the school will be trust worthy.
Day by day life ends. It’s an automatic process- the law of nature. But to be a great leader is really a difficult task in that life period. To be great leader means to be an example of a leader that all will be motivated by your leadership and they will also be inspired to be the leaders. The great leader is not he who delivers great speeches and rule autocratically but the person who motivates and produces a number of leaders like him.
A man with creativity and innovation, with full of ideas and the interest of dedication with confidence can be a great leader. And behind all these, wanted the uninterrupted courage which builds the career of a true leader. In other words ‘fear’ always pulls the legs to behind. If a leader is free to speak and frank to his fellow members, then he becomes a successful leader.
The progress of an institution needs the progress in the attitude and behavior of the leader as leader is the driver who drives the institution where all the members like employees and customers await to reach at the right station. Yes, leader’s job is full of risks. It’s true. It’s challenging. Whatever blames come to the institution, they come to the leader only. But we can say that the job of a leader is very commendable. Fortunate are those, who wants to be the leaders.
