The foods are moist and delicious, but lacking in crispiness. I am a little put off by this as I like the crispiness on foods that conventional oven creates. In addition, the meats that cooked with Nuwave Oven look glazed. If you have a big family (say 6 person and above), Nuwave Oven won’t cut it.
On the other hand, what I really like about Nuwave oven is that it is easy to use and clean. The foods are moisture and delicious too. You will be thrilled to see the fat dripping down the stand as you cook the meat without scarifying the taste of the foods. It’s especially important for someone with high cholesterol like me. At the first attempt, I tried cooking chicken and pork with Nuwave oven. The 3.5 lbs chicken took 70 minutes from frozen to cooked, faster than conventional oven. The pork was juicy and tender. Nuwave oven is said to be using infrared, convection and conduction which make cooking a breeze.
I am usually quite skeptical with informercial as most of the products are not as good as advertised. However, Nuwave oven is an exception. It’s not perfect but it has my recommendations.
