Thanks for the great instructions! I am having trouble helping the 2nd computer (laptop) work with the .pst file that I uploaded on Dropbox.
I am also not clear in my own mind whether Outlook obtains the pst file from the 'mydropbox' folder or from the dropbox.com account. Can you possibly clarify?

that is a great way of doing it - the problem runs when you have a LARGE file (pst) like 12GB and any little change (even with a paid account to upgrade storage) will make the ENTIRE pst file upload - correct?

That's quite a PST file! You are correct the free storage account would not be a suitable solution for PST's over 2GB.
