KPO Consultants to provide support in Sub-Contractual Services

KPO Consultants, one of the pioneers in providing management consulting services to the Law Firms in the US and LPO vendors in India announced its expansion in providing sub-contractual services support to the companies in the Legal industry. According to Mr. Pankaj Parnami, Founder and Director, KPO Consultants, “Legal outsourcing industry is still nascent and there is dearth of available skill set both at overseas locations, particularly in the US as well as in India. We keep receiving lot of request emails for sub-contracting support. Realizing that, we are extending our arms in providing Sub-Contractual services to our customers. We are aiming at serving Legal Firms overseas and Legal Vendors in India who lack the in-house capacity to execute any particular task.”

Indeed as far as LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) goes, there are a number of Legal Vendors in India who are operating with limited staff and resources and therefore cannot execute all the projects offshored to them. Such LPOs require assistance to perform these projects either partially or completely. KPO Consultants is aiming to help such outsourcing vendors in the Legal industry to further outsource this work.

In addition, there are also a number of LPOs in the US who are struggling to complete their work due sheer increase in the volumes. Such LPOs also require additional support either to access skilled labor pool outside or decrease in-house operational costs. Sub-contracting is typically suitable for such LPOs who have no offshore centers operating in locations outside India.

According to another Senior Spokesperson, KPO Consultants, “Sub-contracting can be ideal for the LPOs located in the US and other overseas locations who still have any doubts about the capacity of  Indian Attorneys to execute legal tasks pertaining to the US Laws. Such LPOs can offshore either partial or complete project to pilot test the capabilities and realize the benefits of offshoring process.
