There are many legal forms used by Web Development firms because the websites that are created and placed on the Internet will require a lot of work which will be completed by various people. The website owner expects all aspects of his business to remain private, before, during and after the project is completed. He expects to be protected under a business protection and privacy agreement that is included in the original contract for the job.
Any information divulged outside of the working relationship could jeopardize the future of the company. It is the responsibility of the Web Developer to obtain Confidentiality and Disclosure agreements from the people that are hired to write the content for the business website and to keep a copy of that agreement on file in the office for future reference.
