Legally Avoid Sales and Use Taxes
Let Our Shield Protect You!
The saying goes, "you can’t avoid death or taxes," however, most people reluctantly would rather deal with taxes when given the alternative. This being the case, when its time to deal with your aircraft, vessel or vehicle sales or use tax issues, our tax experts will help you legally avoid them. ASTC has already helped thousands of taxpayers achieve their exemptions and maintains a 27 year history with a perfect record – 100%.

Regardless of residency, each aircraft, vessel and vehicle purchased for storage, use or other consumption inside of California will be investigated by the California State Board of Equalization (Board) to determine if the sales or use tax has been paid.

The Board is the state agency charged with the responsibility of making certain that all owners of aircraft, vessels and vehicles have paid sales or use tax on their purchases. They collect data from various federal, state and local governmental and private entities to obtain most of their audit candidates. Consequently, when the Board discovers your California aircraft, vessel or vehicle, through registration, storage, sales, or maintenance records, etc., they will be contacting you to AUDIT your transaction. Generally, this occurs within the first twelve months of your ownership. However, the Board potentially has up to nine (9) years from the date of purchase to assess the tax.

Aircraft, vessel and vehicle transactions have some unusual circumstances that, if structured properly, can be exempt from California sales and use tax liability pursuant to the various exemptions prescribed by law. Our confidential service includes, but is not limited to, a review of your needs and the details of the purchase, the design and implementation of an exemption program which will help you Legally Avoid California Sales Tax on your aircraft, vessel or vehicle purchase. In addition, we will ensure all aspects of the sales and use tax law are met, your legal obligations are satisfied, maintain constant communication with the Board so you don’t have to, and we will never outsource your case to another tax representative as some firms will; we will handle all aspects of your audit and/or appeal.

When its time to make your aircraft, vessel or vehicle acquisition a reality, or if the Board contacts you to audit your transaction, its time to contact ASTC at (866) No CA Tax for a FREE CONSULTATION with one of our expert consultants, or you can fill in the appropriate form below for our review.

For more information on these exemptions or how we can help, please contact us at (866) No CA Tax or click here for more information.

I them showed proof that i lost that amount gambling and it was taken out of my taxable income. I still had to pay the AMT TAX on the inflated gross income. Isn't this unfair to the tax payer.
