The number of manufacturers and models is rather shocking considering that the hazards are similar, and continue to show up even though they have been pointed out repeatedly in previous recalls. In the table below there are comments taken from the CPSC recall notices that indicate the types of hazards that were found and reason for recall. While not all hazards caused incidents or injuries, the potential for an accident is sufficient to require the manufacturer either provide a repair, replacement, or refund. Also, not all models of cribs by any one manufacturer are necessarily involved in these recalls.
