I found the best way to receive answers is to first place yourself into at least a neutral mindset, ultimately a feel good mindset is best. Why? The universe is based on energy whether you accept this as truth or not, its not hocus pocus anymore, it is spiritually and scientifically proven. Energy vibrates and so do you. Placing yourself in a neutral or happy state raises your vibration and makes you more receptive to receiving the messages from your angels you have been given every day of your life. It doesn’t matter what label we place on this guidance, Angels, spirit guides, passed loved ones and so on, what matters is that you have an open mind. So what methods can we use to receive a clear message or sign? The best method is choose something you can enjoy everyday that doesn’t cost much or is free but remains a little treat for you. Personally I like coffee and long drives, so for lunch I grab a take away coffee and go for a short drive to nowhere in particular trusting I will be ok and maybe even be shown a sign or two. During this exercise I am in a happy state of mind and open to possibilities, plus enjoying my coffee. You might enjoy a walk, a slouch on the couch listening to your favorite music or something that requires no effort at the ‘thought’ of you taking part in. This creates a daily routine and anchors your mindset into a neutral o happy state of mind and reminds you to talk with your Angels. Personally I like the car as I can shout out what I am unhappy about if I so feel like it and fully express my disappointment or joy in the matter at hand. Whatever your method, take the time to do it every day, just 5 minutes is all you need. And soon with regularity you will begin to notice the signs coming into your awareness that were always there. I find when I am receptive, using Angel cards can become quite accurate. It’s a strange thought to think Angels would manipulate cardboard and ink (angel oracle cards) rather than just show us the answer or guidance. But in true cliché form, we don’t know how or why the spirit world acts and behaves in the manner in which it is perceived. I just know that with an open heart and mind, miracles happen, least of which the very guidance you are searching for. So what are you waiting for?
