There has to be a replacement for the ineffective and expensive prison system that serves only as a revolving door to criminals. It is costing the government 25 thousand dollars a year to house an inmate only to have them return after release. We are doing something wrong and the problem has to be corrected for the sake of the tax payer and victims of brazen criminals.
An organization calling itself: ASS WHIPPING INC. is lobbying for the licence to rehabilitate lawbreakers after they have been found by the courts to be guilty of a major crime. Upon being released into the custody of ASS WHIPPING INC. the guilty party will receive a good ass whipping and if necessary put under the long term custody of ASS WHIPPING INC. The state will be billed for the service. It is estimated that the cost to the taxpayer will be only 10 thousand a year for each lawbreaker in custody. It would result in the closing of all prisons and a savings of over 250 billion a year.
Prisoners released to the custody of ASS WHIPPING INC. will be treated humanely unless they break the rules. There will be no detention cells because each criminal under their custody would be free but under close supervision. The supervisors of the program will all be trained with a mind on rehabilitation and severe punishment for lawbreakers. Each person in custody would recieve a surgically implanted device which will signal their supervisor if any of the rules were broken. After the program has been in place for a few years and its proven success the memory of prisons will exist only in a nightmare.
