“ Murshid Al Ghinaa Besharh Amthelat Al Benaa” Written by Musleheddin Al Lari

Summary

This is a study and a research for the manuscript " Murshid AL Ghinaa Besharh Amthelat Al Benaa" written by Musleheddin Al Lari, who died at 979Hijri year. It is the only scientific study of  Al Lari and his literature - as far as the researcher is concerned- The researcher has divided this study in two parts, beginning with an introduction about the political, social, ideological & cultural conditions  at that time of History.

The study comes at the first part of this research, and is divided into another two sub- parts: First, it talks about Musleh Al Lari, his name, nickname, life, death, his academic achievements, his family, career, teachers, students, and work of art.

The second part, discussed the manuscript: its title, ownership by Al Lari, reasons for writing this manuscript, the era on which it was written, the methodology used to write the manuscript, the value of such a book, and the methodology used by the researcher in this research.

Then comes the research at the second part: it includes some photos of the manuscript, and the contents. The researcher tried to be as accurate and genuine as possible, so as to have the outcome very close to the original manuscript of Al Lari. The researcher also copied the text as came in the original manuscript. He used some examples from AlQuran, and other poetry to make his point clear. He tried to reveal any mystery in the text, made sure of the ideas, and he chose some titles for the text for easy reference. He even printed the text so as to show paradigm and titles.

The researcher though it is better to use the Comprehensive method of research , in order to serve better the work he is into, and to achieve better results.

References used vary between old and new ones.  They include books in Grammar, language structure, Philosophy, "Hadith" ... and many others.

This study helped reveal some secrets of Al Lari date of birth and death. Never was it mentioned in any of the old books previously translated. His year of birth and death were never agreed upon before. However the researcher managed to disclose this riddle, and gave proofs for the date of birth and death of Al Lari. It also showed the academic importance for this important author, and discussed who were his teachers, students, at a later stage, and many other related issues.

 Following thorough studies, the researcher was able to prove that  the book is an enlightenment for the "Language structure" written by Abdul Wahab Bn Ibrahim Izzudin Alzanjani ( died 655 Hijri year). Author of "Mukhtasar Al Tassreeff Al Izzi ". This was a very helpful discovery done by the researcher.

Regarding the contents of the book, the researcher was able to come across some knowledge and facts that were not known before al Lari.  For example using the term " PBUH" for saying " Peace be Upon Him", and other similar acronyms.

Finally, this is only a commencement study, for many others to come, hopefully. In order to maintain the legacy of literature from the 10th century in general, and specially for Al Lari's legacy. Hope it will see the light through some dedicated and faithful fellows who are after the advantage of this nation, its legacy and properties.
