The Lion is mentioned in the Bible 119 times, 110 times in the Old Testament and nine times in the New Testament.
The Lion itself is not mentioned in the Noble Quran; however, wild beasts (wild animals) is mentioned once.
In the Bible, Revelation 4:5-8 say that God has seven spirits; around God's throne there were four living creatures covered with eyes. The Lion which has six wings and is covered with eyes all around and the animals are Glorifying God.
The Noble Quran says that Allah has One Spirit and the Angels are around the Throne and are glorifying Allah with praise.

Revelation 4:5-8 in four different versions of the Bible:
New International Version
5 From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder. Before the throne, seven lamps were blazing. These are the seven spirits of God.
6 Also before the throne there was what looked like a sea of glass, clear as crystal. In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures, and they were covered with eyes, in front and in back.
7 The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle.
8 Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under his wings. Day and night they never stop saying: "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come."
New American Standard Bible
5 Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God;
6 and before the throne there was something like a sea of glass, like crystal; and in the center and around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes in front and behind.
7 The first creature was like a lion, and the second creature like a calf, and the third creature had a face like that of a man, and the fourth creature was like a flying eagle.
8 And the four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes around and within; and day and night they do not cease to say, "HOLY, HOLY, HOLY is THE LORD GOD, THE ALMIGHTY, WHO WAS AND WHO IS AND WHO IS TO COME."
English Standard Version
5 From the throne came flashes of lightning, and rumblings and peals of thunder, and before the throne were burning seven torches of fire, which are the seven spirits of God,
6 and before the throne there was as it were a sea of glass, like crystal. And around the throne, on each side of the throne, are four living creatures, full of eyes in front and behind:
7 the first living creature like a lion, the second living creature like an ox, the third living creature with the face of a man, and the fourth living creature like an eagle in flight.
8 And the four living creatures, each of them with six wings, are full of eyes all around and within, and day and night they never cease to say, "Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!"
King James Version
5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
7And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, LORD God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

The Angels (not the Animals) are around the Throne and are glorifying Allah with praise.
Verse 39:75 of the Noble Quran in four different translations:
QARIB:
And you shall see the angels encircling the throne exalting with the praise of their Lord. and the matter will be justly decided between them, and it shall be said: 'praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds! '
SHAKIR:
And you shall see the angels going round about the throne glorifying the praise of their Lord; and judgment shall be given between them with justice, and it shall be said: all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds
PICKTHAL:
And thou (O Muhammad) seest the angels thronging round the throne, hymning the praises of their Lord. and they are judged aright. and it is said: praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds!
YUSUFALI:
And thou wilt see the angels surrounding the throne (divine) on all sides, singing glory and praise to their Lord. the decision between them (at judgment) will be in (perfect) justice, and the cry (on all sides) will be, "praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds!"
The meaning of the verse:
And you will see the angels all round the Throne, from its every side, glorifying with praise of their Lord, continuously proclaiming His praise.
In other words, they are saying ‘Glory, and praise, be to Allah!’
And judgment will be made between them, that is, between all creatures, with truth and with justice, so that the believers enter Paradise while the disbelievers enter the Fire, and it will be said, ‘Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds!’
The final establishing of both groups in their respective abodes is concluded with this angelic praise.

Not in the Bible: Allah commanded the Angels to honor Adam
Verse 15:29 of the Noble Quran in four different translations:
QARIB: when I have shaped him and ran my created soul in him fall down prostrating towards him'.
SHAKIR: so when I have made him complete and breathed into him of my spirit, fall down making obeisance to him
PICKTHAL: so, when I have made him and have breathed into him of my spirit, do ye fall down, prostrating yourselves unto him.
YUSUFALI: "when I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of my spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him."
The meaning of the verse:
So, when I have proportioned him (Adam), completed him, and breathed, caused to flow, of My Spirit in him, so that he becomes a living thing; the annexation of ‘the Spirit’ to him is a conferring of honor upon Adam, fall down in prostration before him!’, a prostration [meant as an act] of salutation by bowing.
Herein Allah commanded the Angels to honor Adam; this incident is not found in the Bible.

Jacob knew that Allah has only one Spirit
Verse 12:87 of the Noble Quran in four different translations:
QARIB: go and seek news of Joseph and his brother. Do not despair of the comfort of Allah, none but unbelievers despair of the comfort of Allah. '
SHAKIR: o my sons! go and inquire respecting yusuf and his brother, and despair not of Allah's mercy; surely none despairs of Allah's mercy except the unbelieving people
PICKTHAL: go, o my sons, and ascertain concerning Joseph and his brother, and despair not of the spirit of Allah. lo! None despaireth of the spirit of Allah save disbelieving folk.
YUSUFALI: "o my sons! go ye and enquire about Joseph and his brother, and never give up hope of Allah's soothing mercy: truly no one despairs of Allah's soothing mercy, except those who have no faith."
The meaning of the verse:
For this reason, Jacob said: (Go, O my sons, and ascertain concerning Joseph and his brother) go and enquire about Joseph and his brother Benjamin (and despair not of the Spirit of Allah) despair not of the mercy of Allah. (Lo! None despaired of the Spirit of Allah) of the mercy of Allah (save disbelieving folk) save the people who disbelieve in Allah and His mercy.
In other words, Jacob said: O my sons, go and enquire about Joseph and his brother, seek news of them, and do not despair of God’s [gracious] Spirit, His mercy. Indeed none despairs of the [gracious] Spirit of God save the disbelieving folk’: and so they departed to Egypt [to look] for Joseph.
Hence, Jacob knew that Allah has only one Spirit.
