This Debt Management Plan (DMP) will help you deal with your debt matters but a DMP is usually scheduled to last for 10 years (twice as long as a typical IVA) and will not necessarily offer any debt forgiveness or stop creditors chasing you.

A lender cannot make any collection calls and threaten the borrower for loan payment. He is legally prohibited from doing so.
