Payday Loans Hitting Hard the Consumer!

With today’s life hurdles and difficulties, financial status meter of most people reads negative. This is because of the competing life necessities (expenses) compared to the salaries most people are getting. These days if you are not aggressive enough to hook yourself with different channels that earn you extra dollars apart from your end month salary, definitely things are not well for you.

I was really thinking…. You know those who came up with payday loans had a point! They cared to make people realize that really help is needed. So they came up with issue of small short-term loans that you pay up for about 2 weeks or so according to the agreement. Well somehow this helped a little to support the one that desperately needs the money, but what then happened?

The same small loans are coming back to the consumer with huge debts and hitting them hard such that they end up paying even triple of what they borrowed. The payday loans pile up and although one may not feel it, they may become real big debts for the consumer without realizing it.

Why is it a problem then? Have you ever tracked down the behavior of someone who abuses drugs? When there is no drug to take, he/she is overly restless! One can do just anything to get the drug. Even killing or stealing.

Same case applies to the pay day loans. Once you borrow and find out that the loan boosted you a little and actually solved your problem, the payday loan becomes a solution for you. Every time there is a need for quick, urgent fast cash money, there you go, you rush to a payday shop and you get yourself one. The more you take the more you add up to the debt you are in. It’s better a credit card debt than a payday loan! The interest for a payday loan is too high. That is what is making most people freeze in debts. What do we do now? May be the ban of payday loans or a little and considerable restructuring would do us good.

The military families have become the main targets by the payday lenders. A military faces hardships especially due to the changes that can occur any time, immensely affecting his family’s income. The problems the family encounters can hardly be solved by a insufficient monthly salary of around $1200 a military may receive every month.

The family must push on with life and must live without debts. Therefore the payday lenders are taking the advantage to offer loans to the families who are ready to turn to any financial aid. They set their office just near military base for military families to pass by and ask for their help. The military families should know that there are other means to get financial help other than payday loans and going for payday loans is like inviting debt into their lives. The family could go for debt management or credit Counseling if in debt problems for further guidance. Be all cautious!
