When I started on Easy Veggie Meal Plans I was under no illusion that this would be the amazing miracle diet I had been looking for, since I feel like I have tried every fad diet under the sun and have experienced a lot of dissapointment in the process. I was encouraged by a good friend's results after going veggie and following the meal plans, but knew my own journey could turn out very differently.
My main concern was that the food would cost a fortune, but the recipes were actually simple and cheap, but still tasted impressive. I was surprised at how easy the meal plans were to follow and it wasn't long before I started to feel more energetic.
I had always felt ethically bad eating animals and contributing to the horrors of factory farming, so stopping eating those foods really helped me feel good about myself and feel like I was finally doing something to help the planet. Maybe that is the difference between this and other meal plans. There is a moral motivation as well.
Yes, I had the occasional slip up, but I just kept to the easy veggie meal plans and to be honest, it really wasn't that heard to follow.
After 30 days following Easy Veggie Meal Plans I have lost over a stone and have so much more energy. So will I be sticking to this in the future? Well the plan gave me the perfect kick start and I now feel I have the knowledge to live a healthy, veggie lifestyle, so yes I won't be giving this up for love nor money!
