Tired of starving yourself to lose weight? There are many metabolism boosting foods you may or may not be eating that will jumpstart your diet. Including them is super-important. Low-carb yogurt. Many people make the mistake of picking up the "low fat" variety. Fat is calorie dense, but not nearly as bad as the sugar in normal yogurts. You'd be surprised to know one yogurt has nearly the amount of sugar as a can of soda - and oftentimes it's corn syrup. Yuck!
