Outsourcing is a very large industry in developing countries, such as India and the Philippines. With over three million college graduates joining the workforce every year, this country is indeed one of the best source for talent.
Although the Filipinos are Asian, it was influenced by Americans for over 50 years and has developed a western culture. Filipinos loves watching American television and because of this, the people in the Philippines are fluent in American English and can communicate effectively with Americans and other English speaking nations.
