In this article Management thinking and linguistic styles are explained among judges, evaluators and legislators: They are interested in balancing ideas, they ask to compare opinions or objects or events, and contrast different views. They are interested to ask about people's analysis and evaluation of the situation. Or the way they perceive the problem as with or against it. Therefore, their questions lead to have people's judgment about the situation to see where they fit in the various opinions analyzed and contrasted. They also ask about the causes of the problem and why from their point of view. They ask about assumptions underlie the people' mind and opinion. They ask people to criticize the various opinions, and give their output. They call for substitute of event if it was different.
In the case of legislative personnel as senators or district representatives, who are in charge of making laws whenever the need arises, are interested to collect information which lead to something different or fresh ideas. Therefore, they ask people to initiate ideas, to create new visions, to explore new areas of thinking. They encourage imagination to create designs and models for the problem. They are interested in obtaining the ideal type as perceived by people. Legislative personnel create a new set of laws for a never existed set of events. In other words, they apply laws or make decisions of what people invent or need to be covered side by side with the existing laws and legislation set.
To summarize the three parts of this article: Thinking styles and linguistic types are used by various decision makers: Executives, CEOs, managers, judges, senators, legislators, community leaders, and school staff (instructors, teachers, and principals) have their own thinking style, and their own linguistic terminology types. In general, decision makers are interested to describe the actual event or problem, Judges and senators in the judicial jobs are interested to ask about others evaluation and analysis. While the last category (Legislators, community leaders) are interested to ask about the imaginative ability of others, their intuition, and innovation. School staff are interested to use classical linguistic terminology, but still they investigate the event quickly and ask almost the same questions (What? Who? When? And Why?) as managers and CEOs. All categories, however, have one thing in common, however, they all use the liberal investigation of the problem in order to take the right decision to solve it through the daily work.
In conclusion, In order to take the right decisions for the right problem, accurate and true information are needed to be collected, and this is a process need to be planned and achieved to increase knowledge, understanding, appreciation, and compromising power among people in order to solve their problems and live in peace with themselves and with others.
